Deep Cobalt Blue Neman Insulator
"So calling cuttings is known as the Stolle Notch. All Insulators with this notch are from the original Stolle Neiman molds. The C3H Insulators were the JSN molds being used with a change in the lettering after the Soviet take over. The early J Stolle Neiman had no markings, some had the J Stolle Neiman written on the skirt and some had the JSN and also PNI in an oval circle. All were pieces made under Polish Rule.
Regardless, anything with a Stolle Notch is a True Stolle Neiman mold from the original factory. To my knowledge, the blue colors came after the Soviet take over of the factories."
